pk38 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and verification of payment method ownership — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes grounds for immediate account closure. pk38 is under no obligation to provide advance notice of closure in cases of fraudulent registration.
pk38 operates a PKR-native wallet. All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied by pk38 for PKR-based payment methods.
